10 foods to help reduce wrinkles

Shopping around for an anti-aging facial cream can be a frustrating process, because most of the products are either too expensive or not effective at all. However, you may or may not be aware that there are various foods you can incorporate into your daily diet that will actually help give your skin a natural and healthy glow.

If you can’t afford to shell out the money to buy expensive anti-aging creams, or if you’re simply experimenting with different ways to help fight wrinkles, here are ten foods you could try eating to help prevent your skin from premature aging!

1. Omega-3 eggs

Because Omega-3 eggs have been produced by chickens that have been fed flaxseeds, soy beans, corn, and alfalfa, the eggs have a natural ingredient that can not only help provide nourishment to your skin but also prevent heart disease.

2. Garlic

Not only is garlic known to help fight off vampires, it’s also great at fighting any harmful bacteria in your body. Because garlic acts as an antioxidant, it can actually protect your skin against damage caused by stress, oxidation, and much more.


3. Salmon

If you incorporate salmon into your daily diet, or any other type of orange sea food for that matter, it can force your skin to look healthier and reduce wrinkles as well. Salmon contains both protein and Omega-3 fatty acids which are both known to help protect your skin from any damage or premature aging.

4. Beetroot

Beetroot is very rich in fiber and is also an excellent source of antioxidants. Not only that, beetroot’s all contain an anthocyanin pigment which can help increase collagen production.

5. Cashews

If you eat cashews on a regular basis you can help eliminate any free radicals in your body which are known to increase the aging process. Cashews also contain loads of vitamin E components which can help prevent premature aging and protect your skin from any damage.

6. Spinach

7. Chocolate
