Colorblock me!

It’s a rainy day today, so i figured why not play with color to brighten the mood!

Colorblocking is a very attention demanding style. It must be worn proud, as this is a definite loud trend. I played with a few colors below to create a few cute colorblocking outfits. A great plus in having a fashion blog is that even when it’s too cold outside to wear cute dresses, I can still create and share them with you!

My favorite outfit has to be the one with the royal blue dress. The style is very vintage and I’m a huge fan of that. Which is your favorite out of the three below?!

Shine in 2012

Glitter and sequins make for a fun outfit!

Check out a few pieces below which are embellished in glitz, and great for making a fashion statement. Sequined fashion looks very glam due to the fact that you’ll sparkle and definitely be seen when wearing. I don’t wear this trend too often, but would love to own any of the pieces below!

Which is your favorite?!

Scala pencil skirt
Jimmy Choo glitter bootie
Glitter owl ring
French Connection glitter dress
Sequin front shirttail tank
Is this a trend you love, or just can’t stand?!

Nice way to add some color to a neutral outfit. This piece will look great paired with an elegant outfit, or a casual one alike.

Owl rings make for an interesting piece of jewelry. Those mystifying eyes call for attention, especially when seen on printed tees and long-chained pendants. Check out a few owl-inspired fashion pieces below, my favorite has got to be that owl bangle. This trend is definitely a wise choice!

Rompers come in various styles, colors and fabrics, which makes it easy to find one you like.

Though this trend originated with children wearing rompers, they have come a long and fashionable way to target women. With adorable prints, fun or solid colors, halter or one-shoulder designs, this trend is inevitably versatile. Perfect for hot nights or warm days.
